In addition to our corporate headquarters located in Fall River, MA, we presently operate 9 bases located across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. These base locations and the use of Systems Status Management allow us to provide fast, efficient service to all of our clients.

Communications and Dispatch

Alert Ambulance Service operates an advanced, state-of-the-art communication center located in Fall River, Massachusetts. It is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained Communications Technicians, all of whom hold current EMT certification and undergo a comprehensive training program in dispatch protocol and customer service.

Through our communications center, we are in constant contact with every vehicle in our fleet. Our staff communicates via 900 MHz. trunked radio system, which uses multiple tower sites to ensure proper coverage throughout our entire service area. Alert EMS also owns and operates a 200-foot radio tower located at the communications center, which greatly enhances our ability to communicate with our vehicles within and beyond our service area.
